Day 01:
Arrival in Srinagar
Arrival at the Sheikh Ul Alam International Airport Srinagar, Where
Vatsalya Holidays representative will receive you to the houseboat / hotel at
Srinagar, after fresh up we will meet and have group session about our further
high attitude ride towards Ladakh, later in the evening you can explore the
market or visit the famous Dal Lake, overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 02: Srinagar – Kargil (205 Km)
After breakfast leave for Kargil, driving through Sonamarg and
across the Zojila Pass (11500 Ft). Drass “Famous at the second coldest inhabited
place in the world” fall on route to Kargil. Overnight stay in Kargil.
Day 03: Kargil
– Leh (235 Km)
After breakfast early leave for Leh on route visit Kargil war
memorial and visit 11th century Alchi Choskor, oldest surviving
monastic heritage of Ladakh – a UNESCO listed heritage site. While returning to
Leh visit Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, overnight stay in Leh.
Day 04: Local Sightseeing
After leisurely breakfast today you will visit to the nearby
places around Leh, you will drive towards Shey palace, Thiksey Monastery, Hemis
Monastery / Museum. Post lunch and drive towards Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace and Namgyal Palace. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 05: Leh -
Nubra Valley (125 Km)
After Breakfast leave for Nubra Valley via Khardog-la Pass (18380
ft), after descending from the pass drive on for sightseeing of Diskit
Monastery, later check in to camp / hotel at hunder.
Day 06: Hunder -Turtuk – Hunder (167 Km)
After breakfast leave for Turtuk village “famous for its beautiful
landscape and people, it was under control until 1971”. You can spend some time
at the village and return to Hunder for overnight stay.
Day 07: Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake (133 Km)
After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake, you will be driving same
route till Khalsar and from there you will take the diversion towards the
famous Shayok Valley. You will be driving along the Shayok River with beautiful
landscape some points you will be crossing water stream. Overnight at Camp /
hotel at Spangmik.
Day 08: Pangong Lake – Leh (150 Km)
After breakfast leave Pangong Lake towards Leh via Chang-la (17370
ft). Upon reaching Kharu you will be driving across Indus River, and reach Leh
in the late afternoon. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 09: Departure
Early
morning transfer to the airport for taking the flight back home.

• Booking amount – 25% of total package at the time of booking
• Balance payment of 75% of total package cost to be clear before 20 days prior of the departure date.
• Those booking are made on short notice; all payment must be clear within 2 to 3 days.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation charge will be accepted from the booking dates
• Before 30 days – communication charges of Rs. 2000/- per person.
• 30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% on total package cost.
• 14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% on total package cost.
• 07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% on total package cost.
• With in 03 Days/No show Full amount / non refundable.
• This is our cancellation rules but we will give our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.
Amendment Terms:
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge.
Special Notes
We also book hotel bookings, Vehicle bookings, Kitchen staff and tour managers in advance to ensure that their family gets good and timely facilities when booking a Tour like Group Tour / Customize Tour, but in case any natural or manmade accident, unusual and difficult situations such as floods, earthquakes, cloudbursts, landslides, political instability, shutdowns, strikes, storms, terrorist attacks, train or flight reschedule or cancellation and illness or death of a relative or an emerging pandemic like corona which in general, We Call as "Act of God" if the tour is cancelled or has to be cancelled, we also do not get refund of the amount paid in advance as well as advertisement and office expenses. In case of cancellation, a one-year validity credit note of amount paid by the traveler will be given and under no circumstances will cash or cheque be refunded. Through this credit note the traveler can join any of our other trips for Group Tour Booking and in Customized Tour Booking Traveler must join same trip with same hotel booking in given time period.
