Inclusion: 

• Return Train Ticket from & to Surat / Vadodara / Ahmedabad
• No AC Sleeper Class Train Ticket (Standard Tour) / 3TE AC Sleeper Train Ticket (Deluxe Tour)
• Stay in Standard / Deluxe Hotel at all destinations as per itinerary
• Accommodation in well appointed room on twin/triple/quad sharing as per booking confirmation
• Daily breakfast and Dinner by Gujarati / Marwadi Maharaj
• Transfer and sightseeing as per itinerary (Point to Point).
• All applicable hotel taxes (Except GST)

Exclusion:

• Any expenses of personal nature like tips, phone calls, internet, games, sauna & steam, Jacuzzi, laundry, extra vehicle hire, bar, room heaters, discotheque etc..
• Pony / Horse Ride, Boat Ride, Safari, Rafting, Skiing, Skating and Cable Car / Ropeway etc.
• Any Airfare / Train fare is not included in the tour cost
• Extra Food & beverages ordered of taken in hotel restaurant or room except buffet meal
• Entrance fees at any monument and guide charges wherever applicable
• Additional sightseeing tours and excursions
• GST extra on final bill as applicable

Payment Terms: -
• Booking amount – 100% Advance for Ticket booking.
• Booking amount – 25% of total package at the time of booking
• Balance payment of 75% of total package cost to be clear before 20 days prior of the departure date.
• Those booking are made on short notice; all payment must be clear within 2 to 3 days.
• Those booking are made on spot check in; all payment must be made at the time of booking only

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation charge will be accepted from the booking dates
• Before 30 days – communication charges of Rs. 2000/- per person.
• 30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% on total package cost.
• 14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% on total package cost.
• 07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% on total package cost.
• With in 03 Days/No show Full amount / non refundable.
• This is our cancellation rules but we will give our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.
 
Amendment Terms:
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge.

Special Notes
We also book hotel bookings, Vehicle bookings, Kitchen staff and tour managers in advance to ensure that their family gets good and timely facilities when booking a Tour like Group Tour / Customize Tour, but in case any natural or manmade accident, unusual and difficult situations such as floods, earthquakes, cloudbursts, landslides, political instability, shutdowns, strikes, storms, terrorist attacks, train or flight reschedule or cancellation and illness or death of a relative or an emerging pandemic like corona which in general, We Call as "Act of God" if the tour is cancelled or has to be cancelled, we also do not get refund of the amount paid in advance as well as advertisement and office expenses. In case of cancellation, a one-year validity credit note of amount paid by the traveler will be given and under no circumstances will cash or cheque be refunded. Through this credit note the traveler can join any of our other trips for Group Tour Booking and in Customized Tour Booking Traveler must join same trip with same hotel booking in given time period.
